If you applied to immigrate to Canada and were refused it could be
because
-
Your
case was not well prepared
-
You
were missing documents
-
The
evidence you had didn’t prove your credentials
-
You
may have applied under the old regulations in which you don’t
qualify but would qualify with the new regulations
-
The
Visa Officer noticed inconsistent statements on your application or
documents or both
-
etc.
As
you can see there are many areas in which errors
or misinterpretations can occur and all of these are
easily avoidable if you have someone with
experience and a trained eye working for you.
If you have
applied for immigration on your own or through another company and have
been refused you have the right to appeal, we can take over and help you
from here. Even though all applications are treated fairly in accordance
to the law Immigration Officers are human and are susceptible to
misinterpretations and “human error”. We also appeal cases in which
applicants have been refused unjustly, inaccurate assessments, or even
just the assessor’s personal judgement. We can first try to have your
case reconsidered by the Immigration Officer or supervisor and if this
fails we can file an appeal in the Federal Court or Immigration Appeal
Division. This will need a quick decision since you may have as little
as 15 days to react.
What we
will do for you is:
-
Detailed
Assessment
-
Search
for previous Immigration files through Canada’s Information Act and
Privacy act
-
If
there was a previous application we will acquire all notes that any
Immigration Officer has made into your permanent file
-
We
will acquire any information that might have been sent to the
Immigration Officer by unknown informants
-
We
will determine what processing location is best suited and will
provide a higher chance of success for your individual case file
-
Educate
you in the process of your application, what is needed, why we do
what we do
-
Once
we submit your application we will constantly keep in touch with
immigrations to make sure your file is being processed in a timely
fashion and provide them with further information if necessary
-
If
there are any delays we will find out what the cause is and react to
it before they have a chance to decline the application
-
We
will track you application process and keep you informed and if we
anticipate any delays or problems we will take care of it before it
affects your application process
-
We
will also prepare you for the interview with Immigration officers
The first
step is for you to admit that you need experienced help and professional
service. Once you are ready we will ask for some basic information so we
can study your case before our first meeting and detailed consultation.
We will need information such as educational history (certificates,
diplomas, degrees, etc), business experience, family composition and any
relationships you have in Canada. From this information we can assess
the best route to take in bringing you to Canada.
During our
first consultation we will recommend to you the path to take for your
immigration into Canada and explain the
process. We will go over all the information you have given us and
assess your options, go over the price for each option, timing and
chance of success. We will be straight forward and honest as to your
individual situation. We will assess if you can qualify under NAFTA,
GATS, Work Permits, Provincial Nominee Programs, Skilled Worker
Immigration, Business Immigration or Study Permit. We will educate you
on the laws of immigrating to Canada and what course of action to take
if you are refused.
We feel
that the more you know and understand about the system and regulations
the more you can “help us help you” by providing us with information
that you might have initially thought was irrelevant. Our success is
based on word of mouth so we have to make sure you are happy and we
exceed your expectations, this will hopefully generate future work for
us.
Although
the industry tries to maintain an honest, ethical environment there are
incidents where conduct is unethical, fraudulent and/or illegal and
where consultants try to take advantage of applicants due to lack of
knowledge or through “intimidation”. We
at Pro Pacific rely on word of mouth rather than advertising therefore
we make sure that all our clients are served above expectations and are
educated about their situation. Having been through the immigration
process has given us in depth experience that is invaluable in helping
our clients get through this difficult process.
We at Pro
Pacific see the value in continually keeping up to the latest news and
regulations and we also see
the need for providing you with ease of mind
therefore we are registered members of the Canadian Society of
Immigration Consultants and active members in our society.
At Pro
Pacific Immigration Consultants we provide other services such as
